Best Wii Games

It seems like the makers of Smackdown vs Raw 2008 are going full force in their marketing campaign because they have released a commercial that shows half naked girls and guys waving their hands frantically at a television screen.

In all seriousness, the game looks really cool and definitely suits the Nintendo Wii. There is nothing like doing a body slam in a video game by actually doing a similar movement yourself. I expect many things to break and fights to break out when people play this game. I doubt there will be hot extremely hot girls playing though.

Just maybe though...

Playing games at Amazon isn't the only way you can have fun on the Nintendo Wii. You can also relive the past by downloading older console games directly to the Nintendo Wii. It turns out that Nintendo has been quite successful with this feature and has sold $33 million worth of these games. This is quite impressive if you factor in that most games cost between $3 to $9.

We should expect to see more investment into bringing older console games into Virtual Console. They are currently releasing about 3-4 games each week. There are also new features they are adding such a channel that shows upcoming video games for Nintendo as well as the ability to download Nintendo DS demos and play them right on your Nintendo Wii. Now that's pretty cool.

Remember that game that came out for the Playstation that involved bullies? Yeah that was awhile ago. Like true Rockstar fashion, they are now releasing the game to all the consoles.  The game recently won the best videogame script award at the Writer's Guild of Great Britain Awards 2007.

Other games that were nominated were from Rockstar which were Grand Theft Auto Vice City and Broken Sword: Angel of Death. Keep in mind that only UK writers can be nominated so this is why Rockstar has plenty of games in the race. Who can blame them, they make fantastic games.

Nintendo Wii has been out for one whole year! Can you believe it? And it's still sold out in stores around the world. It all started when Nintendo announced the Nintendo Revolution along time ago. Then they did the crazy name change to Wii which was hated and loved at the same. Long story short, Wii has been a huge winner for Nintendo.

Nintendo really needed to reinvent themseves and so they did with the Wii. They had fallen into a trap of creating subpar consoles such as the Gamecube and being outdone by Sony and Microsoft. However, their incredible new philosophy of gaming changed everything. Now the casual gamer and even family members want to play the Nintendo Wii. It is a great time to be a Nintendo fan. Congratulations Nintendo!

Back in the day, there were only a few games that REALLY stood out for the Nintendo 64. One of them was Goldeneye 007. Another was Mario Kart 64, but some don't know is that WCW and WWF wrestling was a hugely popular game.

There are rumors that it will come out for the Wii Virtual Console soon. It ended up being the last wrestling game for the Nintendo 64. However, they are saying they will change the game up for the virtual console. They are going to update the roster to include the latest WWE superstars.

It doesn't really matter much because you can always create your own characters using the character creation mode. I'm sure this game will be a hot in virtual console.

You heard me! Someone figured how to use just your hand to control your Nintendo Wii.  A YouTube user named Johnny Lee managed to make the Wiimote follow his finger movements. All he did was stick reflective tape to his fingertips and then shined infrared light on them.

All this makes your fingers act like a moving sensor bar. The Wii remote will catch the reflected light and the Wii will respond like the Wii remote was in motion. He demonstrated some custom PC software where he moved some grids by pointing.

This has some potential huge applications or could be just one of those fun little things people do. I hope more people come out with these crazy ideas.

There is a rumor going around that Target is pulling Manhunt 2 off the sehlves of stores. This is just another news piece waiting to hit mass media. Manhunt 2 has been getting a great amount of media press lately. All of it has been negative. I think it has helped push sales, but if stores are pulling it off the shelves then we have a problem.

Target is doing it and now what? Walmart? Then every other store. However, Manhunt 2 can still be purchased online at Target, so I guess it might just be a rumor. We'll see have to see how this turns out.

Well it seems like Nintendo has some strange marketing in the works. Recently, images of Buzz Aldrin and Mario have surfaced. They are both in weightlessness. I'm guessing this has something to do with Super Mario Galaxy's release.

I'm a little confused because it's just a bit weird. I guess it does make sense because Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong were the first two men on the moon and Mario is first to goto space. Well maybe he's not first, but in Mario world he is.
